Refund policy

If you wish to make a change, within 15 days after receiving the product, you must contact the customer service line of WhatsApp 3023798167 or through our mail clientes@passaro.co. You can request the exchange of your product according to the terms established in our exchange policy.

Change Policies

The garment has not been worn.

The garment has not been altered or modified.

The garment retains its original markings and labels.

The customer must send the original Invoice.

· The garment has been used well, it can be seen that it has not been altered by abnormal force.

The garment has been washed or ironed according to its instructions, our garments must be washed separately, in a gentle cycle or if possible by hand, they cannot be soaked, they must not be twisted, we are not responsible in garments washed with clean and abrasive detergents.

That the garment has not been modified and altered.

The customer must present the original invoice.

Note:

If the change is for satisfaction, the shipping cost is shared, that is, the customer pays one shipment and Pássaro pays the other shipment.


If the change is due to quality or shipping error, the shipping costs are assumed by Pássaro.
